IT Sales Executive

Job ObjectiveĀ 

To generate qualified domestic business leads from Google My Business (GMB) and convert them into customers by pitching Website Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Solutions through outbound calls, and able to work on lead provided by company.Ā 

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Identify potential businesses from platforms such as Google My Business (GMB), Yelp, Trustpilot, and existing data listings based on industry, location, and category
  • Extract and verify accurate contact details (business name, phone number, decision-maker details were available)
  • Maintain, organize, and update lead data in CRM / Excel / Sales Tracker
  • Segment leads by business type, size, industry, and digital presence
  • Conduct outbound calls to domestic prospects to introduce company services:
    ā€ƒā€“ Website Development
    ā€ƒā€“ Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
    ā€ƒā€“ E-commerce Solutions
    ā€ƒā€“ Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, social media)
  • Understand client pain points and digital requirements
  • Deliver clear, confident, and value-driven sales pitches
  • Handle objections professionally and communicate service benefits
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Schedule follow-ups, demos, and meetings with interested prospects
  • Coordinate with pre-sales / technical teams when needed
  • Maintain long-term client engagement for repeat and referral opportunities
  • Record call outcomes, feedback, and next steps in CRM / Excel
  • Share daily / weekly activity reports (calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, closures)
  • Track sales funnel performance and conversion metrics.
  • Achieve daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
  • Continuously refine pitch and approach based on results.

Market Awareness & UpsellingĀ 

  • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor offerings, and pricingĀ 
  • SuggestĀ upsellĀ or cross-sell opportunities to existing clientsĀ 
  • Collect market feedback to help improve service offeringsĀ 

Required SkillsĀ 

  • Strong verbal communication inĀ English + HindiĀ (regional language is a plus)Ā 
  • Confident cold-calling and objection handlingĀ 
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketingĀ 
  • Ability to research businesses on Google My BusinessĀ 
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented mindsetĀ 

Preferred QualificationsĀ 

  • 1–3 years of experience inĀ IT sales / B2B tele-sales / digital services salesĀ 
  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generationĀ 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ExcelĀ
